Would you like to Veg your Ledge? Probably not a question you’ve been asked before! But if you would really love to try your hand at growing some veg, and either haven’t had the time or the space to do so then we can help!
Book into one of the upcoming FREE workshops that we are hosting with our friends at Forth Environment Link Climate Kitchen Garden project and as part of our #tidycleangreen campaign. We’ve got just one workshop left – at Nailer Park – and as well as the chance to plant up a window box/planter and take it away to grow your veg at home, this session will include an extra workshop showing you how to make a tasty salad and dressing from the things you might grow. There will also be a pop up Public Living Room thanks to our friends at Camerados.
Planters, seeds and compost are all supplied. Please bring gloves for handling compost if you can, though gloves can be supplied if necessary.
Please note that due to current Covid-19 restrictions, these workshops will have just 8 spaces at each location so they are strictly by booking only. Participants will be asked to wear masks (unless they are exempt). Workshops will last for approximately 40 minutes, starting at 11am.
